Duties on the Brokers Insurance Limited recruitment


  1. To work closely with the Executive Director Business Development to build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients in Lagos.
  2. To identify upselling opportunities within existing clients.
  3. Attend meetings with clients to solidify relationships with existing accounts.
  4. Escalating and resolving areas of concern as raised by clients.
  5. Carrying out client satisfaction surveys and reviews.
  6. Monitoring company performance against service level agreements and flagging potential issues.
  7. Updating the CRM application and ensuring other account managers are aware of changes at any client office(s).
  8. Liaising with internal departments (Operation and Technical) to ensure client needs are fulfilled effectively.


Knowledge & Skills requirements


  • Candidates applying for this position should have a minimum of a university degree in any discipline; Insurance degree would be an added advantage.
  • Proficient in computer usage and modern communication tools
  • Possession of excellent communication, planning and organizational skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with clients
  • Hardworking with a strong work ethic.
  • Target and goal-oriented mindset
